My SIL is a great advocate for Peace ( she boasts about being a hippie) and Love, ( she collects all things heart shaped and signs all texts and notes with a Purple Heart 💜). She also loves to seek out baby bison born in the early spring in Custer State Park near their home. I thought this was absolutely perfect!

ScrapHappy Saturday 2-26-22
Happy last Saturday in February! I’m linking up with Angela at Rainbow Scrap Challenge 2022.
I attended a 2 day sew-in this week. In preparation I brought out some leftover Hollow 9’s. When I put this one together
I didn’t use the Aqua or brown/ black blocks. So I put them on the design wall. Not quite big enough for anything.
Now I have this
And need a few more darks, seven to be exact, then it will be a medium table topper. Fingers crossed.
Because I can’t stay focused, I guess! I also started on this placemat project. I’ll play catch-up till I have 1 in aqua/teals, one in reds and one in whatever the March color is. I picked up this at the give away table at the sew-in.
And I also started this! So I would have a slow stitching project. It’s not teal, like the pattern. Mine will be dark forest green.

I Like Thursday #65
Hooray for Thursday!
I’m linking up with LeeAnna at Not Afraid of Color and other bloggers sharing “likes” or gratitude!
Why do I like this? Because we need the moisture! It’s heavy and wet and will give much needed moisture for the ranchers around here.
I don’t have photos but we have wonderful neighbors! R&B arrived late Tuesday afternoon and shoveled our walk, porch and driveway. Now, it’s drifted again, but it would have been double if they hadn’t cleared away yesterday’s accumulation! Im thankful for good, young, healthy neighbors! ❤️
Have a great week

Aqua! Hooray!
I'm late to the party today! I was feeling out of sorts the first part of the week, after my wasp sting! I was achy and just not myself. I forced myself to walk mornings and evenings, and I did laundry and cooked and cleaned, but just couldn't sit in my sewing room.
I'm feeling much better yesterday and today. So I decided to make some aqua/teal/turquoise question mark blocks for Full Stop!
These are on my extra design wall in the basement hallway! Poor lighting! Apologies. They aren't sewn together yet, and I think I will make at least one more. I sort of like an odd number in each row.
My main design wall has these little RSC blocks on it. I've been doing these for 2020 and 2021. I have enough for another quilt.
I was thinking about sashing, but I think that might break up the diagonal effect! What say you?
My purples and dark blues are sort of similar, but I like the slash of dark! No aqua/teal blocks here. They will go with the brown ones for a separate quilt! Not sure what that will look like, but I'm going to experiment after this one becomes a flimsy!
I'm linking up with Angela's ScrapHappy Saturday post! Be sure to check out all the other aqua scrappiness at Angela's blog!
