September 14 - September 20
1. Cut pieces for Partridge in a Pear Tree topper. Done.
As I was cutting up the main fabric I don't know why I was calling it Partridge in a Pear Tree. It's definitely a bird with pinecones! The fabric is Pearl Louise Krush called Tuscany Square!
2. Work on Gray and Yellow project Not even started! It is for a challenge at a retreat next month. "Make Something Gray and Yellow.!"I don't have much gray or yellow. I'm uncertain what to do!
3. Finish reading The Glass Castle! Not finished, but working on it!
4. Open for something else?
Spent part of the week helping Mr Busy in the yard. We had a frost warning so there was tomatoes to take in, etc. Stitched on this Autumn design while watching some TV in the evenings.
Next Week September 21st - September 27th
1.Find some fabric for the backing of En Provence.
2. Continue sewing rows of Hollow Nine Patches.
3. Yellow and Gray Project.
4. Read and Stitch on Autumn Embroidery

ReplyDeleteHi Judy! Boy, that solid fabric really looks fabulous with the Tuscany Square. It pulls out that color SO nicely from the print. Your Autumn hand stitching looks like it is coming along and just perfect for the season. Good luck this week on your list! ~smile~ Roseanne
