December is a month for making lists. Gifts to buy, projects to complete, resolutions to think about. Nice and Naughty lists too!! heehee! Here is my list from last week. I’ve definitely got one to carry over to the upcoming week. I’m joining the gang at Texas Quilt Gal, hosted by lovely Linda!

We’ve started two!
On Amazon. A story of an English women in middle- America in the 1890, out to revenge the death of her child. She meets a Pawnee from Oklahoma , an ex-cavalry scout who is determined to acquire land as promised by the government. They end up in Hoxem, Wyoming !
I don’t send many. Some to far away family! And especially an elderly uncle and my only living uncle. He doesn’t do Facebook!

This is the time of year to have fun goals, like trying a new restaurant! Your cross-stitch is so cute - I like that teacup, too. Good luck with your gift shopping - that can be the most challenging goal of all!
ReplyDeleteI love that teacup in the Merry Little Christmas. Do you find cross stitch hard on your eyes. I talked a sister into trying cross stitch but she is finding it hard on her eyes.
ReplyDeleteHi Judy! Your cross-stitch project is really coming along nicely. It looks so cheery and of course, Christmasy. Thinking about purchases is just as important as the act. You want to make the right purchase!! Your list for next week sounds interesting, especially the relearn how to play canasta. I've never played but it sounds fun. And I just whipped up a couple of felt ornaments to feature our littles. I'll have to share them if I ever get our tree up. {{Hugs}} ~smile~ Roseanne

ReplyDeleteOh I love that teacup too! We watched The English and loved it, me especially because I love Emily Blunt. We haven't tried Tulsa King. My husband was born in Tulsa, and we grew up about 10 miles south of it, so even though it isn't a true story, Tulsa has suffered from a lot of crime the past several years, and it's hard for us to comprehend that it changed so much. But then we remember we are in our 70s and that was a LONG time ago - lol!
