I’ve been saving for several month and finally ordered the Go Big Electric cutter. I received it on the 16th. I opened it and read and reread all the instructions! I was pretty sure I understood. This morning I plugged it in, looked at the steps again, laid 2 layers of fabric on the foam side of the cutter, covered it with the mat. Turned on the power, the green button flashes. I gently pushed the die into the machine in the middle, there is a noise, but the rollers do not pull the die through. The rollers do not seem to be rolling at all.
Does anyone out there have experience with the electric cutter? Of course it is Sunday and I can’t contact AccuQuilt until Monday. I’m just anxious and of course frustrated!
Maybe it’s operator error, but I followed all the steps!
