I finally finished this book! I enjoyed it.
I’ve read the first two in this series and have met the author. The setting is familiar to me. I’ve been to Crow Agency and Pine Ridge Reservations. I was raised in Rapid City SD, so those things made reading this book fun!
I took a picture of the "Buck Moon", but alas my iPad did not do it justice. It was awesome. Did you see it from where you live?

Mr. Busy and DS worked on this when DS was visiting last week.

I agree that you have to look for the little things to be thankful for, Judy! I really liked your very first meme, too. That book sounds interesting - I'll have to look for those at the library. Mr. Busy and DS are really handy - looks like a great table!
ReplyDeleteAs I'm older, it seems like it's the smaller things that give me so much pleasure, like you finding just the right shelving for the bathroom. I just got a couple of really pretty dish towels I'd ordered (I have many really really old ones) and realized I felt ridiculously happy about them. Anyway, enjoy it all, Judy.
ReplyDeleteWe did see that moon - it was beautiful! It looked like a fire in our lower eastern sky. I agree with you on the "little things", and I'm happy about that we have so many little things to make us happy. :)
