When I got up this morning it was -27 F. With a windchill feels like temp of -47 F. Baby that’s cold!
A good day to stay in the basement, definitely warmer due to less windows, and sew!
I’m working on some green. Nine patches, a square in a square, and some sew and flip corner that caused me to use the seam ripper. The pattern didn’t specify which way to sew the corners on the rectangles. There was definitely a wrong way! 😦
And there is a zipper block in progress. This giraffe fabric has been around since our daughter was in 8th grade Home Ec. She just turned 59 a month ago, so it needs to be used up!

ReplyDeleteOh ! That giraffe fabric has definitely aged to perfection. Looks great! Dang! We're cold but not that cold here in Illinois. A warm basement sounds like the perfect spot for you to be!
