Every week, I try to complete a short to-do list. Mostly, I'm successful. The process helps keep me focused in my sewing room. I have a tendency to get distracted. So, I am grateful for Linda and her hosting of this forum to commit and to complete. If you want to join in, just visit Linda at Texas Quilt Gal, click on her cute couple in the header and get started.
Last week, my list was short. And BORING!
1. Sew More Flying Geese.✔️
I'm on the last bunch: Red Geese/White Wings! Waiting to be trimmed
2. Get ready for 3 day Sleep-At-Home Retreat at the library next week! ✔️
3. Keep stitching on Autumn Stamp SAL and FQS’s Christmastime Mystery SAL!✔️
Autumn Stamps is coming along:
Christmastime is progressing too!
Nov 1 to Nov 7. The 1st through the 3rd, I’ll be retreating! So my list looks like this!
1. Get caught up on all the QOV clues!
2. Work on the scrappy stars table runner with I Believe in Angels charm pack.
3. Keep Slow Stitching

Yay for progress on those flying geese! Your cross-stitch pieces are really coming along, too. Have fun at your retreat! The sleep in your own bed part sounds good to me.
ReplyDeleteHope you enjoy the Retreat - looks like you are well prepared. You achieved well this past week, flying geese looking good.
ReplyDeleteWonderful red and white geese, Christmasy perhaps?? I looked at your bag close up cause I love to see what everyone has...nosy I guess, LOL. You look well prepared. I love those embroideries...wonderful stuff, Judy! Oh and enjoy the retreat, I'm sure you will.
ReplyDelete3 day Sleep-At-Home Retreat at the library sounds like a lot of fun. Enjoy!!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress with the flying geese and the two cross stitch projects.
Your stack of flying geese is really growing. Love your cross stitching. I now prefer to cross stitch over embroidery, and I used to prefer to embroidery. I guess this is the last day of your retreat! Is the library close by? Thank you for linking with To Do Tuesday!
